Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping options through reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Depending on your location and the shipping carrier, your order may take between 3-10 business days to arrive.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost of your order during checkout.

Processing Time: All orders are handmade and made-to-order, so please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. If you need your order to be processed and shipped sooner, please contact us at laineesdesigns@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges that are beyond our control. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order and see its estimated delivery date.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in your order. If you believe there is a defect or error in your order, please contact us at laineesdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
